How much your sugar levels change from a food can vary for a number of reasons:
- Time of day
- What other foods you have before or with that food. For example, dessert after a big meal may spike you much less than having it on its own.
- If any of the above applies, eg sleep, stress and adrenaline levels.
The overall myLevels score is an average so the more times you eat the food, the more accurate the score will become.
