- Suggested Foods (made by the app)
- Whatever your normal breakfast is
- Meals you like to eat frequently
Also, please eat:
- Slight alterations of these meals -> eg if you got a spike from curry & bread -> try curry with rice instead of bread, or without the bread at all
- Individual snacks you’re curious about or combinations you’re curious about (eg cheese and crackers and wine)
- Foods that you love but avoid because you think they’re bad for you
- Foods you’ve been eating because you think they’re good for you, but you don’t really like them that much
