Fruits: some people get almost no spikes and some people get huge spikes. Though it seems almost everyone spikes from grapes 🤷
Berries: Try raspberries, strawberries and blueberries especially.
Beer: IPA vs lager - some people get opposite responses here.
Diet coke / Diet Pepsi: some people spike from it even though it has no calories...!
Bread: some people get no spike from a naked burrito bowl, but a huge one when it’s wrapped up.
Rice: some people get big spikes from rice (eg from sushi!)
