Sure, start by trying an experiment on your breakfast.
Take 3 things you have as breakfast, eg muesli, toast and porridge, and also try some variations on them.
In the first week you might try: muesli & milk, muesli & yoghurt, toast & eggs, toast & peanut butter, porridge & fruits, porridge & seeds, and full english breakfast.
Then next week you could try again your best three from the first week and maybe some more variations around it, such as changing the type of bread or milk, or trying something new altogether.
