Moods: There are also options to log "events" and "moods" in the app. These are used to correlate how you feel based on the food you eat. We’ve noticed a correlation between sugar levels and stress so this alone would be a good one to remember to log.
Scores: They should appear about 4 hours after you've eaten, next to the food in the log book. The higher the score the worse the food is for you. The scores represent the total impact of the glucose spike (the area under the curve of the glucose). The scores adjust throughout the day according to your sugar levels.
Other hints: you can scroll back in the sugar level graph to see back in time.
